On completion of the builders clean we will provide your site manager with a report of work undertaken and highlighting any obvious damage or repairs required.
We are used to being the last contractor on site and as such have the flexibility and resource to be able to turn up at short notice or accommodate changes at late notice.

Our Industrial cleaning team are trained to be able to unblock high rise flats refuse chutes using professional techniques that that have the safety of our staff and the public at the forefront. Each job is individually risk assessed before any work is carried out. If we have to enter customers properties we introduce ourselfs and show I.D, if a customer is not in we will. leave a card asking them to call us to arrange acces.
